The foundation

Echeverri Houweling Foundation, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 42078470. References to "we" and "us" mean the foundation.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts and are charged in euros (EUR).
• A donation is final once your payment is confirmed. It is not a purchase, and no goods or services are provided in return.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are entitled to use the payment method you choose.
• You receive a receipt with a donation reference on screen, which you can download as a PDF.

How funds are used

Donations support the foundations and projects that fit our purpose, documented on this website, helping children through education, opportunity and community. We may allocate funds to the project where they are most needed. Impact figures shown on this site are our own good-faith records, updated as donations are confirmed.

Payments and errors

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. We never receive your card or bank credentials. If you donated by mistake, paid the wrong amount, or spot an unauthorised payment, contact us within 14 days and we will review it and, where appropriate, refund you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are deducted from our published impact totals.

Website content

Photographs, stories and text on this site belong to the foundation or are used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without our consent. We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.

Privacy

Personal data you provide when donating or writing to us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law
